Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Once your return is authorized, you will receive a return authorization slip, a return shipping label, and a date for the collection of your return.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization slip.
Affix the return shipping label. You must be present on the collection day for your package to be collected.

Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of purchase, in unused and original condition.
